What
is a Home Inspection?
A home
inspection is an objective visual examination of the structure, systems and components of
a home - from the roof down to the foundation. An A to Z Home Inspection will
provide you with an independent and unbiased professional opinion of the condition
of the property at the time of the inspection. Numerous digital photos
taken during your inspection are included along with our computer generated,
easy to read report. The photos are to help explain conditions or
defects that may not be visible or apparent to you during the inspection.
For example, if the inspector finds plumbing leaks under the home or damage
on the roof, a photo is taken to document the condition.
